On Dec 28 to Jan 2, I had a four day 70th birthday party at the Royal Victoria. We had over 90 people present with 36 staying at the hotel and another 25 staying elsewhere, but joining us for dinner, and for the entertainment in restaurant in the evenings. A further 25 family members had dinner one evening in the bar.
The experience was fantastic, perfect in every way. The hotel staff were incredibly supportive, friendly, helpful and could adapt quickly to the situations. The rooms were excellent and amazingly, not a single complaint was heard from any of the resident guests. The resident guests came from all over Europe and enjoyed the breakfast, and especially the dinners that were top-notch, every day; the restaurant service was excellent. The two bars were efficient and friendly and facilitated a nice atmosphere. We had different entertainment every night (including the wonderful New Year’s Eve party organised by the hotel) and the chairs, tables and electronic equipment were always organised efficiently and the hotel staff adapted perfectly to our needs.
Llanberis is a lovely town and the surroundings are spectacular. The hotel is located perfectly amidst this setting. I am a local from Bangor, now living in Oslo, but almost all my guests came from England or Europe. They were so impressed with the surroundings and were full of praise for the hospitality they experienced at the Royal Victoria. Thanks to all at the Royal Victoria hotel for everything. Yours is a great hotel and I look forward to having dinner with you next time I am home.

Just a note to say thank you for the recent conference at the hotel. The hotel was very accommodating to all our participants. Thank you for being so flexible and being able to change things around to meet our needs on the day at very short notice.
